Facial Rejuvenation
As we age we tend to lose collagen as well as the skin starts to sag. There is no doubt that the most effective and meaningful procedure that reverses those changes is midface (cheeks) volumization with facial fillers. The change is immediate, tangible and has the biggest impact in regards to perception of youth and attractiveness.
Nasolabial Folds are the lines running from both sides of the nose downwards. These folds become more noticeable due to a variety of factors, including: sun exposure, which damages the skin, causing wrinkles and changes in texture. loss of collagen with age, making the skin look weak and thin.
Facial Wrinkle Treatment
While wrinkles are a natural part of the aging process, as we age our skin becomes thinner, drier, and less elastic meaning it’s less able to protect itself from damage.
Dr. Carlos provides the necessary treatment to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, creases, and lines on the skin.
Fat Removal
(Chin area)
A double chin, also known as submental fat, is a common condition that occurs when a layer of fat forms below your chin. A double chin is often associated with weight gain, lazy and less attractive people overall.
Dr. Carlos treatment is designed to remove this stubborn sub mental fat by the use of KYBELLA® (deoxycholic acid). A series of injections are scheduled 4-6 weeks apart until all the fat is disolved . A comprehensive evaluation is needed prior to any treatment to make sure you are a candidate for kybella.
TMJ/TMD pain
Botox is used and injected into the masseter muscles (cheek), blocking the signals sent from the brain, which tell the muscles to contract to provide relief and decrease the force of contraction.
Lip Augmentation
Lip augmentation is a procedure that can give you fuller, plumper lips.
Injectable dermal fillers are the more commonly used methods of performing this procedure.
There are many types of dermal fillers that can be injected in your lips and around your mouth. But the most common fillers today are products that contain substances similar to hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the body. It helps increase volume in your lips. These types of dermal fillers are sometimes called "hyaluronic acid fillers."
The effects typically last around six months. After that more injections are needed to keep the volume of your lips.
